How We Operate

International Entertainment produces international quality shows for the entertainment of special needs children and their families across Australasia and in the process have raised millions of dollars in funds for worthwhile community projects.

The way in which we operate is actually quite simple.

There are four central parties involved to ensure the success of the events:

1.

The Sponsors - The local Business Community

The generous support of the local business community through their sponsorship of the tickets enables special needs children and their families to attend the event

2.

The Host - The Service Organisation

The Service Organisation hosts the show locally. They provide to the telemarketer the project(s) for which the funds are to be raised, authorise the script and other written material used by the telemarketer and welcome the many children and their families who attend the show on the day of the event.

All ticket sale proceeds are banked into the Host's nominated bank account to be held in trust and distributed to the various parties of the contract. The host is not required to invest any of their own funds in the production of the event.

3.

International Entertainment - The Producer

Provides and pays for; the talent/road crew, venue for show, insurances including public liability, travel, accommodation, production & maintenance of the database used by the telemarketers, phone calls, office space & furniture, advertising, audit information of the event, the printing of tickets, receipts, promotional material and certificates of appreciation for the sponsors.

4.

The Telemarketing Contractor

Trained by International Entertainment this independent contractor prepares the script and written information for the project, hires local telemarketers to recruit support from the businesses community, organises the collection of the support, the delivery of receipts, promotional material and certificates of appreciation, prepares the weekly reconciliation sheet for the host and distributes the tickets to the local special needs.

Our projects are telemarketed during business hours and we do not contact personal households.

Our contracts outline in detail all of the above responsibilities, the remuneration to each of the Host, International Entertainment and the Telemarketing Contractor and the applicable tax, state, federal laws to be observed in running the project.
